The association’s purpose is to promote voluntary arbitration, mediation, conciliation and other means of out-of-court dispute resolution, domestic and international.
AAB is not an arbitral tribunal, does not administer arbitrations and does not take part in choosing arbitrators (Statutes, art. 2(3)).
